Does Setorin work outside New Zealand?

Yes. Setorin's core features — budget buckets, pay cycle planning, subscription tracking, and expense visibility — work for anyone, anywhere. The Payslip Explainer includes specific support for New Zealand payslips (KiwiSaver, ACC, PAYE, leave entitlements), with more countries to follow.

Does Setorin connect directly to my bank?

No. Setorin is not bank-linked. You upload your bank statement and Setorin reads and categorises your transactions. Your bank login credentials are never shared or stored.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After 30 days you will be prompted to subscribe for NZ$6.99 per month. You will receive reminders inside the app before your trial ends. If you choose not to subscribe, your access pauses and your data is kept safely.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can cancel from your account settings at any time.

Is my financial data secure?

Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared. Payslips uploaded for the Payslip Explainer are processed and not stored. Bank statement files are read and then discarded.

Is Setorin financial advice?

No. Setorin is a money organisation and visibility tool. It is not a registered financial adviser and does not guarantee any financial outcome or result.
